職務要件

We are recruiting motivated and reliable individuals to work part-time as Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) in Japan. Positions are available in Tokyo, Chiba, Ibaraki, Osaka, and additional areas depending on school needs and your availability.

Schedule

• Part-time: 2 to 3 days per week
• Work hours: between 8:00 and 17:00 (exact start/end times vary by school)

Compensation / Benefits

• Hourly wage: ¥1,600
• Transportation reimbursement provided
• Training and support provided (welcome candidates without prior ALT experience)

Main Duties

 

• Assist with English lessons in Japanese schools
• Work alongside Japanese teachers and school staff
• Support classroom activities and help create a positive learning environment
• English lesson support (materials, simple activities) depending on placement

Requirements

• Professional, punctual, and good communication skills
• Comfortable working with children and in a school environment
• Must be eligible to work in Japan (valid work permission/visa)
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required
