Job Description:
We engage in responsive sales, offering rental properties to customers who have browsed the internet or visited our office. We inquire about their preferences regarding desired residential areas, layouts, budgets, and other requirements, and tailor our recommendations to meet their individual needs. We take on the role of "housing professionals" from the customer's perspective and propose what is "optimal" for them. There are no individual sales quotas.
Building Relationships with Owners:
Housing Coordinators do more than just guide customers to properties; they build strong relationships with property owners. We handle property management, administrative procedures, and also offer support for renovations and reconstruction. It is a rewarding job where, by introducing properties, we can bring satisfaction to both our customers and property owners.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Days Off: 6 to 12 days per month (Based on the company's operating calendar)
*Please note that the schedule is on a shift basis, and days off are determined and adjusted by each store.
Year-end and New Year holidays, paid leave, and condolence leave are available.
