職務要件
Application Requirements
Applicants must:
- Graduate from a graduate school, university, technical college, junior college, or vocational school in March 2027, or
- Be recent graduates (also eligible).
Because the position requires communicating with clients, reading technical specifications, and coordinating internally in Japanese, applicants must meet one of the following:
- JLPT N2 or higher
- JPT score of 550 or above
- Equivalent Japanese proficiency (including native Japanese speakers)

1. Mechanical Design
Design and development work for:
- Passenger vehicles
- Commercial vehicles
- Aerospace
- Industrial machinery
- Robotics
Main responsibilities include:
- Concept design
- Basic design
- Detailed design
- Product design
- CAD modeling
- Analysis
- Evaluation
2. Electrical & Electronic Design
Development of electronic hardware for:
- Passenger vehicles
- Commercial vehicles
- Aerospace
- Industrial machinery
- Robotics
Main responsibilities include:
- Concept design
- Basic design
- Detailed design
- Product design
- Hardware implementation evaluation
- Reliability testing
3. Testing & Certification
Development and testing involving:
- Passenger vehicles
- Agricultural machinery
- Construction machinery
- Industrial equipment
- Drones
Responsibilities include:
- Data collection
- Vehicle, engine, drivetrain, and unit testing
- Performance evaluation
- Data analysis
- Experimental verification
- Countermeasure testing
- Electrification (EV) development
Overtime System
- No fixed overtime (no deemed overtime pay)
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 8 working hours per day

- Working hours may vary depending on assignment.
- Flexible working hours (Flex Time System) available.
Average Monthly Overtime
10 to 20 hours
