職務内容

Description:

Work as a staff member of a school for children aged 3 to 12.
Provide English lessons, guidance on English activities, and support for classroom management.
Duties include curriculum creation, recruitment of English teachers, students' recruitment, education/training/evaluation of new English teachers, helping teachers in other classrooms, and general franchise work.

What do six months look like?

Take a proactive direction from teaching as an ALT or Eikaiwa teacher to leading your own class, liaising with parents, and running syllabus and curriculum. In six months, you would be comfortable leading a class of younger learners and helping them achieve their education and growth goals while building upon your own formidable teaching knowledge and skills.

Requirements:
Must:
Love working with children
Have the necessary maturity and personality to deal with staff and parents
Be cheerful and energetic.

Notes

No teaching experience necessary, but experience working with children preferred

Working hours will be 11:00 am - 8:00 pm (depending on the school situation)
