Job Description
As the opening staff, you will be responsible for customer service and general management of apartment hotel residents.

・ Reservation business (including telephone response)
・ Information services (in-house information, etc.)

・ Various agency operations
Job Requirements
・ 4-year university graduate
・ Japanese N2 advanced level
・ English business level (TOEIC 700 points)
・ Required 1 year or more of working experience
・ Person who has some experience of customer service (customer correspondence) including part-time job
・ Those who have high motivation for customer service and can respond to guests
・ Those who have basic computer skills
