We would like you to create mechanisms and solving organizational problems for engineers to get the best performance.
・ Recruitment of engineers, training, evaluation, goal setting
・ Recruitment and training of senior engineers
・ Creating a mechanism and solving organizational problems

Job Requirements

[Required conditions]

・Management experience of 3 to 5 or more people
・ Experience in engineering recruitment (especially interviews)
・Experience in setting goals, evaluating engineers, and providing appropriate feedback
・Experience in agile project management (Scrum or similar)
・Experience in project management and reporting to senior managers (OKR, KPI, QCD, etc.)
・3-5 years experience as a backend software engineer related to web applications

・Management experience of manager (organization and process management and management of direct reports)
・Experience expanding management of engineering teams and organizations from 10 to 50 full-time employees
・Knowledge of IT industry compliance best practices (information security, financial statements, personnel planning, etc.)
