Job Description

The R&D team is looking to hire iOS Engineers to join us in our
offices in Shibuya, Tokyo to architect, build and maintain health care and first aid iOS applications. You will be developing new features, maintaining and improving existing features, and reviewing code from other engineers.

The best candidates will have professional experience developing iOS
applications in Swift that communicate with remote servers via HTTP protocols using REST/GaphQL API’s with JSON message formats.

Job Requirements

・At least 3 years of experience developing mobile iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
・At least 2 of those years working full-time developing applications that interact with backend servers via REST or GraphQL APIs.
・Familiarity with MVVM, Dependency Injection, Reactive Programming, and Co-routines.
・Experience working with databases (e.g. CoreData, Realm).
・Knowledge and ability to apply software engineering principles, patterns, and best practices. (eg. YAGNI, DRY, code review, testing, refactoring, clean code, etc.)
・Knowledge and ability to develop secure and performant iOS
applications with complex UX interactions and UI designs.
・Experience writing comprehensive unit and integration tests.
・Can collaborate with designers, project managers, and engineers to
achieve project goals.
