At the company, business producers and PMs with knowledge of the digital domain are involved from the proposal stage, supporting new business planning and the digitization of existing businesses from the planning and design of business models. For development projects, they provide one-stop services for all stages of the process, including UX research and design, UI design, brand development, and digital product development.
By supporting companies' digital strategies, they contribute to the promotion of DX and create new business opportunities.
【 Job Description 】
They are developing new services (iOS/Android applications and web services) with a large number of engineers pursuing the latest technologies.
The strengths lie in both planning and technology, and they are responsible for everything from planning to development of creative projects that make full use of O2O technology, recommendation technology based on machine learning, and real-time video distribution technology.
In response to requests from our clients, they plan and develop mainly the architectural aspects of web services and application production. You will work as a team with PMs and directors in the company. You will also be responsible for leading the development team in overseas offices.

【 Requirements 】
[Required]
・5+ years of development experience in one of the following languages: Java/PHP/Ruby/Golang
・Experience designing or building on one of the cloud platforms
・Experience and knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML5, etc.
・Performance-conscious coding skills
[Preferred]
・Experience developing modern web front-end applications using React, Vue.JS, etc.
・Ability to design and build DBs
・Ability to speak English in a business context (with support for online classes)
・Experience developing in a team environment
・Experience in development direction
・Experience developing with an overseas offshore team
