Professional Requirements:
IT or Computer Science Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent Training or experience with Windows desktop OS, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, Cisco switches/routers, TCP/IP networking

Job Description:

Configuring and installing PCs, servers, routers and switches, connecting PCs to TCP/IP networks, installing and maintaining peripheral equipment, such as printers, modems, scanners, etc.,

Perform troubleshooting and repair of end-user devices, servers, networking and software issues as well as other enterprise IT hardware and software tasks and projects as assigned both in-house and at client sites.
