職務内容

H&R Consultants is seeking a highly motivated foreigner with Japanese language skills to join our Relocation team as a consultant.  The Consultant position is an interesting mix of sales, guide, concierge, and consultant where your cross-cultural knowledge and expertise in Japan will help executives and their families relocate to Japan as easy as possible.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
・ Email and phone exchanges with customers before coming to Japan
・ Accompany the potential client on various property viewings
・ Move-in support
・ Resident registration support
・ Bank account opening support
・ Mobile purchase support
・ Guided tour of residential area
・ Accompanying a tour of an international school
・ Support for various cancellation procedures when relocating to another country, etc.

WORKING CONDITIONS
・ Full-time position
・ Working hours 9:00 – 18:00, Monday – Friday
・ Allowance: extra ¥ 20,000 for Tokyo area
・ Saturday work required in two or three times a month
・ Initial employment as 1-year contract employee with 3-month trial period
・ Permanent contract will be considered based on performance
・ VISA sponsorship available
・ Yearly paid leave and special leave
・ Transportation allowance provided, national health insurance/pension sponsored
・ Compensation determined according to skills and experience
