Join a dynamic team where you’ll enjoy regular working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with an hour-long break to recharge. You’ll lead and support engaging activities for groups of 24-30 energetic students aged 2 to 6, ensuring their safety, modeling positive behavior, and teaching essential social skills. Occasionally, you’ll get to participate in exciting special events on weekends or holidays, usually about once a month. While paid overtime opportunities may arise in the mornings or evenings, these are entirely optional.

We’re looking for native-level English speakers who hold at least a 2-Year Associate’s Degree or have a valid working visa. If you’re passionate about early childhood education, this is the perfect role for you!

What We Offer

We value our teachers and offer a competitive starting monthly salary ranging from ￥250,000 to ￥270,000, with room for negotiation. You'll receive fully-paid comprehensive training, with ongoing workshops to keep your skills sharp throughout the year. As you grow with us, you'll have opportunities for salary increases and career advancement based on performance. Plus, enjoy a ￥100,000 renewal bonus after successfully completing and re-signing a 1-year contract.

We provide 10 paid days off annually (after six months of employment) in addition to national holidays. Work-related commuting costs are fully reimbursed, and we offer Social Security and Health Insurance, along with visa sponsorship and renewal support.

Our Teaching Style

Kids Duo International is a cutting-edge bilingual kindergarten that fosters confidence and motivation in young learners through a curriculum that integrates English, Japanese, and Physical Education. Teachers guide students aged 2-6 through a variety of subjects, from Reading and Writing to Phonics, Songs & Chants, and Arts & Crafts. The fun doesn’t stop there – our students love Show & Tell and get plenty of physical activity through our popular “Ninja Class” in our extensive Physical Education program.

Instructors accompany students through both English and Japanese classes, including Vocational Role-play, Music, and other interactive activities. As a teacher, you’ll be encouraged to jump in and participate, creating an immersive and exciting learning environment.
