• Research, analysis, planning, and proposal writing for the inbound market for attracting tourists in Japan.
• Negotiations with overseas travel agencies and local government tourism offices, and attracting customers from other countries.

★　Candidate visit to a travel agency in their home country for promotion of company group store (ド ン・キホーテ) in Japan.

★　Planning and operation of Travel expo and event for promoting ドン・キホーテ.
Benefits

【Working hours】 10: 00-19: 00 (8 hours’ actual work)

【Holiday & Vacation 】: 2 days a week (Saturday / Sunday)

【Salary】:230,000 yen to 350,000 yen per month

【Salary Raise】: Twice a year ( July / December)

Job Requirements
Minimum job requirements and preferred qualifications are:

• 4 Year University Graduates
• Language Proficiency:
• The Japanese Language passed or Business Level
• Other Language: Tagalog Native and English Business level

【Preferred Requirement】

• Candidate must be under the age of 32 years.
• Preferred Nationals: Filipino

• インバウンド市場に関するリサーチ分析・資料作成・提案書作成
  ●海外の旅行会社・現地政府観光局との折衝、その他海外からの集客
  →例えば・・・
  ●母国の旅行会社へ訪問し、日本国内にある当社グループ店舗（ドン・キホーテ）への
  訪日観光客の誘致促進。
  ●旅行博などイベントの企画・運営からドン・キホーテのプロモーション実施。

【必須資格・特記事項】

• 大学卒業の方
• 　言語能力

①日本語能力：N2合格の方もしくはビジネスレベル話せる方

②他の言語能力：タガログ語・英語ビジネスレベル

上限年齢：３２歳

• 優先

①国籍：フィリピン人

②中途の方は観光業界等で働いた経験のある方が望ましい。

【勤務条件】

勤務地：

勤務時間：10:00～19:00（実働8時間）

休日休暇：月9日の公休（休日は原則週休2日制［土・日］です）・年次有給（入社半年で11日、以降1年毎に付与）・慶弔

給与：月給230,000円～350,000円

昇給：年2回／7月・12月

昇給：年2回7月・12月（半俸制）
