LMS (Learning Management Systems) Consultant
J-Global K.K. is looking for a part-time LMS Consultant to add value to our organization. The consultant will be a key member of the LMS consulting team at our international clients' office and facilitate the implementation of related projects.

Compensation:
15,000~25,000 yen/day (Approx. 7 - 8 hours depending on the day)

Working Time:
Flex-time Working Style, 2~3 days/week (Weekends, Public Holidays Off).

Worksite:
Tokyo Station/Yokohama Station

Tasks and Roles:

Systems related:
•Support client Learning Management Systems
•Support e-Learning platforms (coding, editing, production, etc.)
•Optimize system to support micro-learning delivery with customized learner and reporting elements
•Join RFP process / negotiation with global LCMS companies
•Demonstrate system functionalities to client, hear feedback/needs, improve and deliver to client

Consulting related:
•Work on-site at client site as part of J-Global team
•Support projects by researching, analyzing and summarizing data and gathering information
•Chair and moderate meetings, create minutes, offer feedback/personal insights
•Customer care and coordination of business consulting services
•Required Candidate Skill Sets:

Requirements:

•Background in LMS with at least 2 years experience in off-the-shelf product implementation
•Thrive on challenge and be integrative team-player
•Customer orientation and ability to clearly communicate with clients
•Able to work independently, based on agreed targets and achieve milestones expeditiously
•Strong analytical skills, capability to synthesize and visualize work results
•Flexibility and the initiative to execute assigned tasks in a professional and self-managed manner.
•Experience setting up/implementing a Learning Management System
•Japanese language proficiency is desirable, but not necessary.
•Proficiency in languages such as Chinese and Spanish are a plus.

J-Global will be unable to sponsor Visa for candidates, and candidates must already have working permissions for this position in Japan.
