About Hotel Continental Fuchu
Hotel Continental Fuchu opened in this area in 1987 (Showa 62), and has been walking together with the local community while staying close to its customers. Our hotel is the first city center hotel in Japan to use ingredients made completely without pesticides and chemical fertilizers at our own farm, “Tohoku Farm”, using thoroughbred compost and recycling agriculture. I am cooking a meal. This is the core idea that our hotel pursues every day, “always being sincere to our customers.” We do everything in-house, from the production of ingredients to the provision of food, and pursue wellness in the true sense so that our guests can spend their time at our hotel with peace of mind. For us hoteliers, it is the greatest pleasure to be able to establish a relationship of trust with our customers, and the presence of staff who are close to our customers is what makes a hotel, and is what a hotel is all about. We will continue to strive to serve our customers with sincerity and honesty.
At our hotel, we use ingredients grown on our own farm for the realization of “sustainable food”. We regard the SDGs as an index that promotes opportunities for the realization of “sustainable food” that our hotel is working on, and we will continue to carry out initiatives that coexist with nature.
