職務内容
You will be stationed at a municipality (help desk) and will be responsible for receiving inquiries on a daily basis and providing initial response to hardware failures. You will learn system operation gradually and be able to conduct minor investigations and responses. There are several experienced staff members in the company, and the environment is conducive to the execution of work and improvement of skills. Through the implementation of the work, you will acquire public business knowledge, product knowledge, system implementation knowledge, and customer support skills, and will gradually rotate to higher level work.
Working hours: 9 :00~18:00 (8 hours of actual work)
Average monthly overtime hours: 12.8 hours ◎Overtime pay: 100% (in increments of one minute)
Trial period: 2 months (no change in treatment during the trial period)
Holidays and Vacations
2 days off per week - Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays *Saturday work may be required on weeks with national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, paid vacations (summer recommended), congratulation or condolence leave, special leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave, leave upon joining the company (up to 3 days), disaster leave (5 times per year, maximum 5 days)* 122 days off per year
