• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Able to work as part of a team and maintain control and composure in difficult situations
• Reliability and punctuality are a must
• HIGH level of attention to detail and accuracy

Join our team as a Reservations Sales Consultant and play a vital role in our Property Management department. Your primary responsibility will be processing reservations sales, requiring strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.

JOB OVERVIEW/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process reservations accurately and promptly, sending confirmation letters
• Handle incoming calls, assisting with reservations, room requests, and inquiries
• Stay updated on resort events, activities, dining options, and rental availability
• Optimize revenue within operational constraints
• Manage customer database and communicate with reservation and guest services teams regularly
• Collaborate with the front office team
• Utilize selling techniques to process and confirm room reservations
• Address guest issues and complaints with empathy and a focus on satisfaction
