- Native/business level English (essential)

Join our team as a Reservations Sales Consultant and play a vital role in our Property Management department. Your primary responsibility will be processing reservations sales, requiring strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.

JOB OVERVIEW/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process reservations accurately and promptly, sending confirmation letters
- Handle incoming calls, assisting with reservations, room requests, and inquiries
- Stay updated on resort events, activities, dining options, and rental availability
- Optimize revenue within operational constraints
- Manage customer database and communicate with reservation and guest services teams regularly
- Collaborate with the front office team
- Utilize selling techniques to process and confirm room reservations
- Address guest issues and complaints with empathy and a focus on satisfaction
