職務要件
- Minimum professional level English, spoken and written
- Minimum professional level Japanese, spoken and written
- Proficiency in using email, spreadsheets, search engines
- Experience of travelling independently in Japan preferred
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Be able to work in the JTC Tokyo office (currently located in Shinjuku Sanchome) at least three times a week, more during training
- Be able to spend at least a week (or longer if preferred) participating in further training at the main JTC operations office in Oita and at other times of year
- Be able to work a weekend day during tour seasons (with a day off during the following week)
- Be able to join tours from time to time
- Be located in Japan and have permission to work
職務内容
Walk Japan and The Japan Travel Company (JTC) are currently recruiting for the above role. Founded in 1992, Walk Japan is the pioneer of off-the-beaten track walking tours in Japan and JTC is the land operator. Due to the increasing demand of walking tours, Walk Japan and JTC are looking to expand the Walk Japan Customer Services team.
Job details:
- Answering general enquiries
- Booking customers onto tours
- Pre-departure support services care
- Working on both guided and self-guided tours
- Working within our CRM (customer relationship management) software, inputting necessary information into the system and keeping it updated
- Participating in regular meetings with the Customer Services team and the JTC bookings team
