職務内容

RebroCAD work on various construction projects

This is a CAD operator job.
Using 3D CAD software dedicated to building equipment that can create high-precision equipment models in 3D, you will be mainly responsible for creating various drawings such as cross sections, floor plans, and frame drawings according to the instructions of the person in charge. You will be involved with the latest software, which is the most popular CAD software in the market right now for its improved work efficiency.

Example of buildings you will be involved in:

• Buildings and commercial facilities
• Housing complexes for reconstruction from natural disasters
• Public facilities such as hospitals, schools and government buildings
• Nuclear, thermal and other power generation facilities
• Plant facilities for water, gas and plastic refining
• Infrastructure facilities such as airports, stations and railroad networks
• Roads, tunnels, bridges
  ◎Even if you have no experience, you can rest assured that you will acquire the necessary knowledge through training.

We have a full training program.
We provide about 3 weeks of training after you join our company. We provide a full range of training, from computer skills and how to read and draw draw drawings to drawing methods.

After proper training, you will be assigned to a construction site. Even after being assigned to a job site, we provide regular training and follow-up interviews with personnel, and have a system in place to provide continuous backup for your career and work style.

Salary
Annual salary 3,080,000 yen to 5,000,000 yen
Base salary 220,000 yen - 350,000 yen + bonus twice a year (based on skill and experience)

Preferential treatment will be given upon discussion based on skills, years of experience, age, and other factors. Overtime allowance and various allowances will be paid separately. For inexperienced workers, the basic salary upon entering the company will be 180,000 yen (during the training period), and after the training period, it will be 220,000 yen upon assignment to a field site.
Bonus: Twice a year (July and December)
Salary increase: Once a year (April)

Example of annual salary
Annual salary: 3.4 million yen / Age 24 / First year with the company with no experience (monthly salary: 220,000 yen + allowances + bonus)
3.7 million yen / 27 years old / 2nd year with experience (monthly salary of 250,000 yen + allowances + bonus)
Annual salary: 4.5 million yen / 30 years old / 4th year with no experience (monthly salary: 300,000 yen + allowances + bonus)

【具体的には】CADオペレーターのお仕事です。
3Dで高精度な設備モデルを作成できる建築設備専用3次元CADソフトを使い、担当者の指示に従って断面図や平面図、躯体図など様々な図面作成をメインに行って頂きます。最新のソフトのため、作業効率アップで今最も注目を浴びているCADに携われます。

【充実した研修体制】
ご入社後、約3週間の研修を設けております。パソコンスキル/図面の見方から作図方法についてなど充実。
・研修では設備
・電気
・ダクトなど様々な分野の作図に挑戦し、その後現場に配属となります。現場配属後も定期的に研修や人事のフォローアップ面談などがあり、継続的にキャリアについてや働き方に対してもバックアップができる体制を整えております。

給与
年収308万円～500万円
基本給22万円～35万円＋賞与年2回

・経験年数
・年齢等を考慮し話し合いの上、優遇します。※時間外手当、各種手当を別途支給します。未経験の場合、入社時基本給は18万円（※研修期間中）研修終了後、現場配属に伴い22万円となります。
■賞与：年2回（7月・12月）
■昇給：年1回（4月）
