Native spoken English
College diploma
Minimum one year experience teaching children under ten years of age
You love kids, and they love you.
Basic English computer/typing skills required: browser use, file/folder management, class and student report writing.
Working visa required prior to contract signing; visa renewal support is offered by the company
Physically mobile
Able to work together and get along with our team of dedicated staff.
Able to work 5 days/week(and a handful of annual Saturday events).
Able to manage an annual/monthly/weekly schedule of curriculum and event planning, and mange and maintain progress updates and reporting to school administrators and coworkers.

職務内容

This is a position with high work satisfaction, as you watch young students develop surprisingly natural English fluency before your very eyes.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day safety and behavior management of preschool-aged children. As lead teacher for a mixed-age class(1.5~3 years), coordinate with support staff to deliver a safe, educational and fun school experience.
Daily activities include: Circle time and lesson delivery, outdoor play time, craft activities, reading/writing lessons, song, dance, lunch time and clothes changing support, daily report blog posting.
Duties include weekly, monthly and seasonal arts and craft curriculum and calendar event planning and production
Basic shift is 5 days per week/ 8 hours per day

The school offers an annually increasing monthly salary scale(dependant on work performance and company financial growth) up to ¥292,000.

The 8-hour weekday(8:00~17:00) consists of 5 hours preschool class contact time(9am~2pm), and 3 hours of content preparation/afternoon classes when required, with 60 minutes of break time. Regular shift hours can be shortened and interchanged with shifts in scheduled annual calendar weekend events, such as preschool sports day and recital.

Ongoing training is included.
