Education

Bachelor's degree or above

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting enterprise data networks and VoIP infrastructure
• Entry-level candidates are NOT accepted

Required Skills
Network Design & Operations

• Experience designing, building, and expanding global Wi-Fi solutions
• Experience designing and implementing LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments
• Knowledge of network capacity planning, security principles, and operational best practices
• Experience with network troubleshooting and process automation/improvement

Enterprise Infrastructure

• Ability to work closely with product development teams to design and implement network solutions under tight deployment schedules
• Ability to collaborate with senior management and respond to changing business requirements
• Experience creating action plans based on audit findings and improving operational processes

Video Conferencing

• Management and support of video conferencing infrastructure
• Design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced conference rooms
• Daily VTC (Video Teleconferencing) operations
• Multi-bridge VTC network design and maintenance

Technical Knowledge

Advanced knowledge of:

• Cisco IOS
• Juniper
• Checkpoint Firewalls
• Avaya Communications Manager
• Cisco Tandberg

Practical knowledge of:

• OSPF
• BGP
• DNS
• DHCP
• NTP
• Network devices and internet standards

Additional knowledge:

• Voice/data circuit testing tools and procedures
• Vendor and service provider management
• Project planning and management

Language Requirements

• English and Japanese bilingual ability
• Japanese: N3 level or higher
• JLPT N2 or higher preferred
• TOEIC 700–799 or above

職務内容

Responsible for end-to-end enterprise data and voice network solutions:

• Design, implementation, and operation of enterprise network environments
• Design, configuration, and maintenance of:
  • Firewalls
  • F5 Local/Global Load Balancers
  • Cisco Routers and Switches
  • Riverbed WAN Optimization
  • Avaya Communication Manager
  • Cisco Tandberg HD Video Conferencing Solutions
• Manage network security and ensure compliance with security policies and guidelines
• Work with vendors to select and procure hardware and software that meet IT infrastructure requirements
• Evaluate and identify opportunities for improving network performance and functionality
• Work with technical teams to maintain current firmware and software versions
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures

Working Conditions

Location: Tokyo

Working Hours:

• 09:00 – 18:00
• 8 working hours per day
• 60-minute break

Employment Type: Fixed schedule

Annual Salary:

• ¥5,500,000 – ¥8,000,000

Salary System:

• Annual salary package (includes deemed overtime)

Probation Period:

• 3 months

Annual Holidays:

• 120 days

Days Off:

• Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays

Other Notes:

• Occasional night shifts and business trips may be required.
