職務要件

Desired experience and qualifications
● At least 1 year of teaching experience with children

● Solo teaching experience with groups of kids, daycare or kindergarten experience, or international school experience. Must enjoy working with children.

● Bachelor's degree or higher (TESOL degree/teaching certification is preferred).

● Must be positive, friendly, outgoing, open minded, and most importantly, flexible. The right candidate will be professional and passionate about teaching.

● Computer proficiency/ iPad proficiency is a must.

● Must interact professionally with staff and students at all times.

職務内容

募集概要

フルタイム（週5日）で勤務できる英語講師を募集します。勤務日は火～土で、日曜・月曜が休みとなります。幼児～小学生を中心に、英語100%環境での指導を行うほか、教材を使った一般英会話（いわゆるEikaiwa）クラスも担当していただきます。

雇用形態・契約期間

• 雇用形態：フルタイム（週5日）

• 契約期間：～2027年3月まで

  ※以降は1年ごとの契約更新あり

• 研修：契約締結前に、朝霞市にて2週間の初期研修／オリエンテーション期間あり

勤務地・面接について

• 勤務地（面接地）：埼玉県朝霞市

  （東武東上線 朝霞台駅、または武蔵野線 北朝霞駅から徒歩約3分）

• 面接：**日本国内での対面面接（朝霞市の校舎）**が可能な方

勤務時間

• 火～金：11:30～21:30 の間で実働8時間

  （例：11:30～19:30／13:30～21:30 など）

• 土：9:00～17:00

• 休日：日曜・月曜

交通費

• 交通費支給（上限：月給の10%まで）

  ※目安：月25,000～26,000円程度が上限

業務内容（Teaching duties and responsibilities）

1. 幼稚園・小学生への英語指導（英語100%環境）

2. 年間を通じたレッスンプラン作成、および生徒レポート作成

3. サマースクール、ウィンタースクール等の特別イベント対応

4. 8月の2泊3日サマーキャンプへの参加・指導

5. 地域の幼稚園での指導

6. テキストを使用した一般英会話クラスの指導

   （対象：小学生／中学生／高校生）
