Improve MailMate’s ability to deliver a good product and acquire new customers by operating the day-to-day operational tasks required of the business. This includes a willingness to jump into any part of our business as needed to help solve problems and keep everything running smoothly.
- Either business level English or business level Japanese.

- Common sense: The ability to put yourself into the situation and think about what you will do.
- Listening and delivering: Being able to deliver the result after thinking 2 steps ahead.
- Previous operational experience is not a requirement.
- Monitor key monthly performance indicators across sales, marketing, and support.
- Ensure Mail operations are done correctly and on time.
- Track and follow up with teammates about key initiatives and participate in key initiatives when able to do so.
- Engage customers and learn about their use cases to help MailMate understand key customers’ use cases.
