Minimum Requirements

• Applicant must be a native English speaker *received primary Education in English
• Applicant must currently live in Japan and be willing to relocate to Setagaya *housing option available
• Humanities visa, residence status with unrestricted work conditions, or Japanese national
• Graduated from university program and experience caring for small children is a MUST. Candidates will not be considered if they have never worked with young children
• Willing to undergo a safeguarding screening background check.

職務内容

Oakwood Tokyo International School is looking for a skilled childcare worker with experience with children ages 10 months to 8 years old. If the following attributes describe your personality, circumstances, and align with your goals, we may have the perfect position for you:

• You live close to the Oimachi Line or Denentoshi Line OR are willing to move there.
• You have natural care-giver instincts and your attention always goes to the well-being of the most vulnerable.
• English is either your native language, or you’ve been educated in it to a level where your proficiency is indistinguishable from that of a native speaker.
