Responsibilities

• Perform tax procedures independently for small businesses (individual as well as corporate businesses)
• Assist our Senior Consultants with Japanese tax regulations and GAAP
• Ensure high quality of products and services, taking hands-on approach if necessary
• Understand challenges and lead quality improvement initiatives
• Develop a good understanding of Japanese culture and market

Job Requirements

• Knowledge and Experience with Japanese Corporate Tax return, Consumption Tax Return, Individual Tax Return
• 2 or more years of work experience in a related field
• Good English skills, both verbal and written
• Native Japanese skills, or equivalent to JLPT N1
• A team player with a fantastic can-do attitude

Benefits

• 300,000 – 450,000 Yen salary (Calculated on qualifications and experience)
• 14th salary
• Visa arrangements (if needed)
• Flight fare to Japan (in the case the applicant resides overseas)
• Housing guarantor (if needed)
