Job Description

Responsibilities
- Perform tax procedures independently for small businesses (individual as well as corporate businesses)
- Assist our Senior Consultants with Japanese tax regulations and GAAP
- Ensure high quality of products and services, taking hands-on approach if necessary
- Understand challenges and lead quality improvement initiatives
- Develop a good understanding of Japanese culture and market
Job Requirements
- Knowledge and Experience with Japanese Corporate Tax return, Consumption Tax Return, Individual Tax Return
- 2 or more years of work experience in a related field
- Good English skills, both verbal and written
- Native Japanese skills, or equivalent to JLPT N1
- A team player with a fantastic can-do attitude
