🏐 Weekend Volleyball Coach Job Description 🏐

Are you passionate about volleyball and love sharing your own knowledge and skills with others? We have an exciting opportunity for a Weekend Volleyball Coach to join our team and inspire young athletes to reach their full potential!

Our organization is dedicated to promoting youth sports and fostering a love for volleyball among children of all skill levels. We believe in providing a positive and inclusive environment where athletes can develop their abilities, build teamwork skills, and enjoy the thrill of the game.

🌟 Position: Weekend Volleyball Coach

📍 Location: Minato-Ku

💼 Pay: 10,000 Yen for 2 hour session (Saturdays + Sundays) 4-6pm

🔍 Responsibilities:

As a Weekend Volleyball Coach, you will have the opportunity to:

1️⃣ Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate volleyball training sessions for children and teenagers during weekend sessions.

2️⃣ Teach fundamental volleyball skills, including serving, passing, setting, hitting, and blocking, while emphasizing proper technique and safety.

3️⃣ Develop practice plans and training drills that focus on skill development, teamwork, game strategies, and overall player improvement.

4️⃣ Provide constructive feedback and individualized coaching to athletes, helping them identify areas for improvement and guiding them towards achieving their goals.

5️⃣ Foster a positive and supportive environment where athletes feel motivated, inspired, and confident in their abilities.

6️⃣ Promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect among athletes, encouraging a culture of inclusivity and fair play.

🔧 Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1️⃣ Strong volleyball background with a deep understanding of the game, including knowledge of rules, strategies, and coaching techniques.

2️⃣ Previous coaching experience, preferably working with youth athletes, and a passion for developing players' skills and character.

3️⃣ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with young athletes, parents, and fellow coaches.

4️⃣ Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to create a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates athletes to give their best effort.

5️⃣ Certification or willingness to obtain coaching certifications, such as USA Volleyball or equivalent, is a plus.
