Job Requirements
**Required Qualifications:**
- Over 3 years of experience in embedded software development
(C, C#, C++, Objective-C, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, Java, etc.)
- Work experience in Japan
- Proficiency in Japanese language with N2 or N1 certification (Business-level conversational skills are also required)

- Individuals with management experience, or those who have led junior members as leaders
- Those who have been team members and are considering career advancement as leaders in the future

Job Description
The job responsibilities for embedded and control software development involve working on software development for in-house products, automobiles, aerospace, home appliances, and more. After joining the company, you will undergo training for 1 ～ 3 months and then participate in a wide range of projects. This will allow you to gain knowledge and experience as a control programmer.
