As a freelance instructor, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging lesson plans, providing expert guidance, and nurturing a supportive learning environment. Your role will involve assessing student progress, adapting teaching techniques, and fostering a positive rapport with learners. Collaborating with our team and staying up-to-date with educational trends will also be integral to your success.
Types of opportunities include but are not limited to:
- Kindergarten Instruction: This role involves teaching both large and smaller kindergarten groups and facilitating after-school sessions. It offers an opportunity to contribute to young learners' English language development. Preference will be given to instructors with relative experience in the field.
- Home-based Tutoring: Individuals interested in providing personalized English lessons, often in students' homes, will find this role appealing. Occasional requests for subjects such as mathematics, science, and history may arise, with students ranging from elementary school to adults.
- English Camps: These immersive teaching experiences vary in duration from 1 to 5 days. English Camps provide both independent and collaborative teaching opportunities to a diverse group of students, spanning from elementary school to university levels.
- Private One-on-One "Café" Lessons: Conducted in public settings like cafes, parks, or restaurants, these lessons offer flexibility and customization. This setting allows for tailored instruction, meeting the unique needs and preferences of individual learners.
- Corporate Training: Available in both online and in-person formats, corporate lessons are centered around goal-oriented subjects. Topics may include pre-departure preparation, presentation training, and hospitality seminars, among others. These sessions are typically conducted in a group setting, catering to professionals seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge. Preference will be given to instructors who possess a strong background and expertise in the respective field, ensuring that learners receive valuable and relevant insights during their corporate training sessions.

PAYMENT
We provide chances with compensation ranging from 3000 yen to 4600 yen per hour. Each assignment carries a distinct payment rate determined by factors such as location, student count, skill level, lesson duration, and curriculum intricacies that will be laid out in detail at the time of each offer.
