- Japanese ability (approximately N2-N1)

Job Description
The main task is:
- Help desk and customer service related works
Detailed description:
- In-store customer reception
- Consultation and discussion with the customers
- Reception of new applications, explanation of price plans and models, price breakdowns, etc.
- Various paperwork
- Dealing with smartphone related classes, lectures, events, etc.
- Phone answering
- The other miscellaneous works, etc.
Working hours:
- Shift based working hours (8 hours, with 1 hour of break)
- Business hours may vary between one to the other stores
Days off:
- 123 days off per year (including 5 paid holidays)
- 8-9 days of per month
