Job Description

【Position Overview】

Lead projects in AI and data utilization system development, spanning secure data collection, AI model management, analysis, and AIOps-related systems. Emphasize reliable, scalable cloud architecture design, especially for industries like finance, manufacturing, logistics, and retail. Direct system design, development, and decision support, from project initiation to proof of concept (PoC), system development, and operations.

 

【Specific Responsibilities】

- Develop project plans and define requirements, including objectives, development structure, cost estimation, schedule, personnel planning, quality goals, system requirements, and architecture considerations (including security).

- Execute and evaluate project management, facilitate communication (including adjusting client expectations), and ensure compliance with laws and regulations during development and operations.

- Clarify basic design and development policies with a focus on business utility, identifying key points to connect PoC verification results to operational design and system development.

- Example Perspectives:

- Infrastructure Environment: Consider and organize architecture options for cloud data aggregation platforms.

- AI and Data: Summarize and explain results of AI algorithm and approach verification.

- System: Organize prerequisites and solutions for challenges AI cannot address.

- Operation: Organize notification methods/screenshots of AI output and operational concepts.

- Understand development team tasks and research related technologies.

- Manage contracts with collaborating companies and individuals.

- Team management for project members, including assigning and arranging development members for organizational and operational improvements within the engineering organization.

【仕事内容】

■本ポジションについて

AI・データ活用に関するシステム開発（セキュアなデータ収集・管理、AIモデル管理・AI解析、他AIOps関連システム）、研究開発・技術検証に関するプロジェクトを推進していただきます。

金融(銀行・保険)、製造(工場)、物流(倉庫)、小売、といったインダストリーのデータを扱うため、信頼性・拡張性の高いクラウドアーキテクチャの設計・開発が重要です。特に製造などの顧客とは、ローカル設備・IoT等など分散計算環境も含めたアーキテクチャ全体設計、スケーラブルなWebAPI設計・実装も必要となります。

サービス化・業務活用までの期間を意識したシステム設計・開発のディレクション・意思決定支援を行いながら、顧客とのプロジェクト立ち上げ〜実証実験(PoC)・システム開発・運用の広い範囲で遂行するプロジェクトマネジメントをお任せします。

 

■具体的な業務内容

・プロジェクト計画の策定、要件定義

（目的、開発体制、工数・コスト計算、スケジュール、要員計画、品質目標、システム要件、開発環境・アーキテクチャ（セキュリティ含む）の検討）

・マネジメント遂行・評価、推進上のコミュニケーション（顧客との期待値調整も含む）

（工数管理・進捗・課題・品質管理、法令や規制の遵守を意識した開発・運用）

・業務活用を意識した基本設計・開発方針の整理、PoCの検証結果を運用設計・システム開発につなげるための検討ポイントの整理
