We work together with our part-time staff to operate a store that satisfies our customers.

Even if you have no experience, you will be able to make ramen in a short period of time and learn how to run the entire store.
・You can aim to become a store manager.
You will start with basic tasks and will eventually be entrusted with running the store as a store manager.
We are actively expanding our stores, so there are many options for future step-ups, such as not only being a store manager, but also becoming a supervisor or manager to liven up the business.

- An individual evaluation sheet will be created, and an interview will be held after evaluation by your direct supervisor.
- Interviews will be held once every six months between the employee and two superiors.
