Job Requirements

We would like to interview instructors who meet the following requirements:

• Must be a native English speaker
• Currently hold a valid visa or permission to work (visa sponsorship is available)
• Hold a BA/BS university degree or higher
• Experience in teaching business communication classes and/or university classes
• Must live in or around Tokyo
• Preferable to have lived in Japan for 12 months or longer
• Preferable prior business background and/or university teaching experience
• TEFL/TESL/TESOL/CELTA qualification a plus

Job Description

ALC PRESS Inc., based in Ichigaya, Tokyo with branches in Osaka, Fukuoka and Nagoya, is looking for experienced native English-speaking communication instructors to teach either corporate classes or at universities in the Tokyo area.

These are the terms for the position:

• Approximately 30 teaching hours a week
• Guaranteed monthly salary
• 10 days paid vacation after 6 month probation
• Transportation paid
