Job Requirements

  • Experience (1 year or more) in sales of intangible products (IT tools, HR domain, etc.) for the BtoB market.
  • PC skills, IT literacy.
  • Touch typing, business e-mail, Excel, PPT, Word.
  • IT and Internet literacy to the extent where the candidates are able to research and use the information independently.

Preferred Experiences

  • Experience in sales and customer service for in-house software tools.

Job Description

Provide customer support for the client's SaaS products.

(Examples of support)

  • Onboarding support for new users of the product.
  • Initial onboarding support for users who have started using the product, and make proposals for more effective use of the product.
  • Onboarding support is a very important part of customer service for the future business growth, which will lead to the improvement of the operational flow, construction, and user satisfaction.
