Job Requirements

• Fluent English speaker.
• N2 or higher Japanese ability
• Experience with Google Workspace and its tools (familiar with Excel/Sheets, macros, scripts)
• Experience with customer service and data logging
• Bachelor's degree (at minimum).
• One-year minimum initial contract period.
• Experience in Child Care and/or education (kindergartens, nurseries) would be a plus.
• Dispatch Experience

Job Description

Work closely with a small bilingual team to coordinate dispatch teachers with our clients in Kanto. Do you love inspiring young learners and making a difference in their lives? Join the team at International Language House and make children say "wow" with our World Culture Program!

We have a teaching team of over 25 teachers from 14 different countries. As a part of the dispatch management team, you will be helping spread our ILH style to over 170 schools across Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama and Kanagawa. Our goal is to make learning English fun for kids ranging from 0 to 7 years old, using games and activities that keep them engaged and excited. (More specific details were shared during the interview.)

You will have a hand in coordinating client relations, program cultivation and delivery, teacher success metrics, and overall team performance.
