You will need to visit his residence in central Tokyo about 3 times a week - on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays - to prepare all courses for the following day in advance.
This is a relatively straight-forward job as most recipes are already mostly provided, but it requires attention to detail to source the right high-quality ingredients.
