Required skills

・Experience from requirements definition to development/testing/release

・2+ years of Go language development experience

・3+ years of experience in server basic design, detailed design, and construction

・Experience leading a development team from a technical perspective

 

Preferred skills

・Experience leading development in the startup phase

・Experience promoting replacement development projects

・5+ years of development experience in web languages (PHP preferred)

・3+ years of database development experience

・AWS experience

Job Description

■Job Description

You will be replacing existing services developed in PHP with Go language and developing new functions, leading the team.

・Backend development and operation of new products using Go language
・Promoting the migration project from PHP to Go
・Implementing architecture to achieve maximum results
・Member guidance and code review

■Development policy

We want to replace the systems of existing services and be able to respond quickly and scalably to changes in business and technology. We aim to containerize and create microservices.

■Development structure

We adopt an agile/scrum structure.

After thoroughly defining requirements, we design, develop, test, and release. The teams are divided by function, and there are three: the web development team, the app development team, and the maintenance and operation team. There is no particular division of development responsibilities, and you can be involved in both existing and new development, and the development management team assigns development tasks.

■Recruitment background

The web app team consists of four people including the CTO. The CTO also serves as the tech lead, but since there are multiple projects in progress, we are looking for someone to fill this position full-time.
