Japanese: Business level (no qualification required)
Vietnamese or English: Business advanced level or higher
Experience as a QA engineer (2 years of experience in a web development company)
Preferential
Experience in writing test specifications and designing and building automation
Experience in back-end development using Go (any number of years)

Job Description
This position is for a QA lead in quality improvement in cooperation with our local offshore team in Vietnam!
Background of Recruitment
The number of customers is expanding rapidly due to the strong business. In line with this, there is an urgent need to improve the quality of products, and we are looking to hire someone who can lead the team.
Specific Duties
- Improvement of development quality of offshore development (Vietnam)
- Launch and operation of QA process
- Creating test specifications and defining requirements, designing and building automation
- Code review for members
- Code quality assurance management
