Job Description

We are seeking a skilled engineer to be responsible for overall development work from service planning/design to actual coding. We are looking for people who have the mindset to work together to scale the service!

• Development of service backend functions, API, batch processing, etc.
• Design and operation of infrastructure such as AWS

Salary

Estimated annual income: 5 million yen to 8 million yen

■Salary format: Annual salary system *Salary amount will be determined based on experience and skills.
■Overtime allowance: Yes (40 hours of fixed overtime pay) *Company-wide average overtime work record is around 20 hours *117,360 yen if annual salary is 6 million yen
■Commuting allowance: Yes (paid based on company regulations)

■ Team Composition

Team composition: 40 (30 in the Philippines/10 in Japan)

There are 10 engineers working in Japan, including 7 foreign nationals. There are times when both English and Japanese are used, but there is no problem if you are not allergic to English, as there is a system in place for other team members to follow up on English.

We would like you to take the initiative in communicating requirements correctly to the development members in the Philippines while working with your hands, and to show leadership to the team by giving instructions from the design stage, conducting reviews, and so on.

In addition, as we increase the number of development members in Japan and expand the scope of development, you can eventually aim for a technical specialist or manager position.

We would like you to lead the development team technically first, but we would also like to hear about the future career you are aiming for.

■チーム構成

チーム構成：40名（フィリピン30名/日本10名）

日本で活躍するエンジニアは10名で、内7名が外国籍のメンバーです。英語と日本語を両方使う局面もありますが、英語に関しては他メンバーがフォローできる体制があるため、英語に対するアレルギーがなければ問題ありません。

率先して手を動かしながら、フィリピンの開発メンバーに正しく要件を伝えることはもちろん、設計からの指示出し、レビューなど、チームに対してリーダーシップを発揮いただきたいと思っています。

また、日本の開発メンバーの増員や開発領域を広げていくにあたり、ゆくゆくは技術的なスペシャリストやマネージャーポジションも目指していただけます。
