Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the consumer goods or fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Japanese, and Chinese (both written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent skill on ppt and proposal creation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
1) Business Analysis and Research:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
- Analyze sales data, financial reports, and industry forecasts to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
2) Business Proposal:
- Assist in the development of business proposals, including market entry strategies, product launches, and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for proposal creation.
3) Business Administration:
- Provide administrative support to the COO, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations as needed.
4) Business Meeting Preparation:
- Coordinate logistics for business meetings, including venue booking, agenda creation, and materials preparation.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting presentations and documentation, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
5) Marketing support:
- Support COO to plan, brainstorming, documenting and coordinating marketing activities
- Coordinate and organize marketing events
6) Personal Assistant:
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Handle personal tasks and errands for the COO as needed, ensuring efficiency and discretion.
