Benefits
The base rate of pay is ¥4,074 per hour. This can increase depending on the complexity and length of the project we are delivering. Training people how to write an Email is a practical business skill, but training people how to be a better leader in their organization requires experience and a wider range of skills.
In addition to a competitive rate of pay we have a wide variety of training topics on offer to our clients that challenge and expand the skill-set of all our consultants.
As global trends change our training evolves to match those needs, so it is a continual learning & development process for us all as consultants, coaches & facilitators.
