Job Description

The position is for a PM and BrSE involved in development in collaboration with an offshore base in Southeast Asia.

Last year we launched a base in the Philippines, and we are considering expanding to Vietnam next.

We are in the phase of expanding the scale of our overseas offices including the Philippines.

If you have a venture mindset and would like to be involved in the launch of a new business, or if you would like to lead a team as a core member with discretionary power, we welcome you!

The client is a Japanese company, so meetings with the client will be conducted in Japanese, while English will be used for all offshore instructions and progress management.

We have Japanese communicators who can speak English, so a Japanese level of N2 is not a problem.

Our goal is not to provide cheap offshore development services, but to respect the culture and customs of the country in which we operate, and to manage our business in a way that contributes to the development of that country. We are looking forward to receiving applications from those who share this philosophy!

In fact, we are in the process of discussing support for the local poor and collaboration with a university, and we welcome those who are willing to be actively involved in social contribution projects as well.

Currently, we only have a base in the Philippines, but we plan to increase the number of bases in Southeast Asia in the future. If you are interested in expanding into new countries, please consider joining us.

 

Job Details

• Communication with the client, requirement definition *Work side by side with the dedicated PM.
• System design

∟DB and application design

∟Infrastructure design and construction

∟Create or translate instructions to the Philippine side.

• Task instructions and management
• Progress management of development
• Primary review of development contents

∟Source code review

Quality check and quality control of development deliverables

• Feedback to developers and periodic MTG
• Management of Philippine members
• Project resource management, quotation and invoicing

Our CTO will provide technical support, so those who wish to improve their technical skills are also welcome.

Salary
Monthly salary: ¥320,000~510,000
■Expected overtime: ¥60,000~95,000
* Regardless of whether or not overtime is worked, 30 hours of overtime will be paid as overtime allowance
*All overtime hours in excess of 30 hours will be paid in addition
*Remote allowance of ¥5,000 is paid

 

Project Examples

Education: TAO (The Admissions Office) is a newly developed application platform for universities and colleges in Japan and Asia based on the global standard application platform.

TAO has been adopted by Waseda University, Keio University, and other well-known universities.

Medical care: A platform that enables centralized management of pharmacist data for the purpose of collaboration among pharmacies and between hospitals and pharmacies, collaboration and cooperation among pharmacists, and to increase public awareness of pharmacists.

UIUX design and development of "Asuyaku LIFE Training," a platform that enables centralized management of pharmacist data.

Local government: In charge of replacement development of a voice communication platform that connects the local government and residents in place of disaster prevention radios. Currently implemented in multiple municipalities.

The scope of work may be subject to change in the future. Details will be provided at the time of interview.
