Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in open source software development
• Experience working in Japan
• Japanese N2 or N1 (Business level conversational ability is also required)

Job Description

As an open software programmer, you will be involved in software development for broadcasting systems, medical systems, etc.

After joining the company, you will first receive 1-3 months of training depending on your experience and skills. You will work on a wide range of projects to gain knowledge and experience as an open-systems programmer. After that, you can work in your own field of interest.

We also handle our own products, so it is possible to be involved in the development and design of our own products.

Examples of specific projects:

• System development for the finance and insurance industry
• Smartphone application development
• Software development for crime prevention systems
• Development of web systems for railroads
• Production management system development for the manufacturing industry
• etc.

The scope of work may be subject to change in the future. Details will be provided at the time of interview.

オープン系ソフトプログラマーとして、放送システム、医療システムなどのソフトウェア開発に携わります。

入社後、まずは経験やスキルに応じて1～3ヶ月の研修を実施します。幅広いプロジェクトに携わり、オープン系プログラマーとしての知識を身に付け、経験を積んでいきます。その後、自身の興味のある分野でご活躍頂けます。

当社では自社製品も取り扱っておりますので自社の製品開発や設計に携わって頂くことも可能です。
