Overview:

We are currently seeking dynamic and self-motivated Independent Freelance English Instructors to join our diverse team of educators. As a freelance instructor with our organization, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a range of educational programs, teaching learners of different ages and backgrounds in a variety of settings.

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging English language instruction in various formats, including online, one-on-one, and small group settings.

  • Manage scheduling and logistics independently, ensuring a professional and timely service.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify new teaching opportunities and develop innovative instructional strategies.

Types of Opportunities Include but Are Not Limited To:

  • Kindergarten Instruction: Teach both large and smaller kindergarten groups and facilitate after-school sessions. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to young learners' English language development. Preference will be given to instructors with relevant experience in the field.
  • Home-based Tutoring: Provide personalized English lessons, often in students' homes. Occasionally, requests for subjects such as mathematics, science, and history may arise, with students ranging from elementary school to adults.
  • English Camps: Participate in immersive teaching experiences that vary in duration from 1 to 5 days. These camps offer both independent and collaborative teaching opportunities to a diverse group of students, from elementary school to university levels.
  • Private One-on-One "Café" Lessons: Conduct lessons in public settings like cafes, parks, or restaurants. These lessons offer flexibility and customization, meeting the unique needs and preferences of individual learners.
  • Corporate Training: Available in both online and in-person formats, these lessons focus on goal-oriented subjects such as pre-departure preparation, presentation training, and hospitality seminars. Typically conducted in group settings, these sessions cater to professionals seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge. Preference will be given to instructors with a strong background and expertise in the respective field, ensuring that learners receive valuable and relevant insights during their corporate training sessions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Native-level English proficiency or equivalent.

Compensation:

Our compensation starts at 3000 yen per hour and can increase based on the instructor's experience, the complexity of the contract, and the specific demands of the role. Detailed information will be provided in each job offer.
