Job Description

This job is to provide customer support for Japanese goods purchase agency and international shipping services.

You will work with colleagues from over 20 different nationalities and act as a bridge between the international market and Japanese services!

We communicate in Japanese and English within our multinational employee company.

[Job description]
・Responding to customer inquiries
・Coordinate with various teams to answer customer questions and resolve customer issues
・Information sharing with operators
・Other related work (translation, etc.)

[Holidays]
・2 days off per week (Sunday plus 1 day on weekdays)
・New Year holidays (December 30 to January 2)
・Paid vacation 26 days per year

 

【お仕事内容】
・お客様からのお問い合わせへの対応
・様々なチームと調整し、お客様の質問に回答し、お客様の問題を解決する
・オペレーターとの情報共有
・その他関連業務(翻訳など)

【休日】
・週休2日制(日曜日・平日1日)
・年末年始(12月30日~1月2日)
・有給休暇 年間26日

 

【Example Day at Work】

・9:00~10:00

Morning routine: Get coffee, say hi to everyone, briefly review internal messages from the day before, and begin working on customer support tickets.

・10:00~12:00

Catch up: Handle outstanding customer inquiries that came in overnight, and continue with ongoing translation tasks.

・12:00~13:00 Lunch Break

・13:00~14:00

Finish up: Finish prior translation tasks, and help other departments with any other minor tasks, or new translation requests.

・15:00~17:00

Cross-Team Ticket Assistance: Support team members with resolving outstanding inquiries across various languages (English, Japanese, etc.).

・17:00~18:00

Wrap up: Complete any remaining inquiries or claims for the day, communicate with your overseas operators and answer any questions before going home for the day.
