Job Description

[Job Description]

• Sales collection and purchase recording (sales management system)
• Preparation of estimates and invoices
• Translation, preparation of English documents such as SDS/paint ingredient lists
• Contact with customers (English/Japanese)
• Email and phone support
• Shipping arrangement and schedule management
• Product delivery date adjustments
• Preparation of documents related to customs clearance
• Preparation of advice documents (required documents such as I/V, P/L, etc. for customers)

[Work Hours]

• 8:30AM ~ 5:00 PM
• 5 days per a week
• Days off: Saturday/Sunday/Holiday
• Bonus: twice in a year

Most contacts with local staff and customers are in English.
We also import raw materials from China, Thailand, Indonesia, etc.

【主な仕事内容】

• 売上の回収、仕入れ計上（販売管理システム）
• 見積書や請求書の作成
• 翻訳、SDS/塗料成分表など英文書類作成
• 顧客との連絡(英語/日本語)
• メール、電話対応
• 船積アレンジ、スケジュール管理
• 製品の納期調整
• 通関に関する書類の作成
• アドバイス書類作成 (顧客向け I/V, P/L 等必要書類)

【勤務時間】

• 8:30〜17:00
• 週5日勤務
• 休日：土日祝
• ボーナス：年2回
