Job Requirements

Our ideal candidate:

  • Fluent level Japanese proficiency (reading/writing/speaking)
  • Business level English proficiency (reading/writing/speaking)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Basic technology proficiency
  • Experience leading clients or customers through basic sales techniques such as understanding their needs, discovering new opportunities, and overcoming challenges.
  • Ability or willingness to learn to use CRM and incorporate best practices
  • Proven track record of building relationships with various personalities and backgrounds

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, positive individual to join our sales team as a Bilingual Customer Advisor. As the first point of contact for both potential and current clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team in the education sector, serving students and families with the highest standards of excellence. This role will be working onsite at our office in Nishiazabu, during our regular business hours of 10:00AM to 7:00 PM JST.

What you will work on:

  • Drive new client growth by providing a great first impression and information about our services to potential new clients
  • Provide amazing customer service, manage our client base and help provide the best service recommendations
  • Meet targets and goals for sales appointments and conversions
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key clients, and become an expert on all aspects of the client relationship
  • Serve as the primary point of contact at our front desk for in-person clients
  • Email/phone coordination and scheduling for internal and external meetings
  • Act as the point of contact for facilities maintenance, including cleaning services, work orders, and building access
  • Daily calendar management
  • Office space organization & maintenance
