We are currently recruiting for a convenience store staff position (night shift).

Job Description

You will be responsible for the operation of a convenience store.

• Customer service, cashier
• Stocking, product management, ordering
• Part-time staff management (education, recruitment)
• Sales management, etc.

In addition to on-site work, you will also be involved in the overall operation of the store.

There are three steps of training for each stage.

(1st step)

You will receive convenience store staff training (about 2 months) at the main store and learn basic operations.

(2nd step)

You will receive operation establishment training (about 1 to 2 years) at your assigned store, and then move on to practical store operations such as communication, management, and marketing.

We support your goal setting and growth with career advancement interviews three times a year.

(3rd Step)

Leadership and management training will help you continually improve your skills in management, marketing, human resource development, leadership, and more.

Working hours type: Fixed (general working hours)

Working hours: 00:00-09:00 (actual working hours 7.75 hours / break 60 minutes)

This is a monthly flexible work schedule (shift system).

・22:00 to 7:00
・21:00 to 6:00

(The above is an example of a shift. The average scheduled work hours per day during the late-night shift above is 7 hours 45 minutes, with a 1-hour break.)

Expected annual income: 3 million to 4 million yen
