Job Description

【Job Overview】

Provide shuttle service in the Tokyo 23 wards area. When joining the company, you will be asked to choose either "taxi driver" or "hire driver". You can choose according to your type and preferences. You can also change your choice after selecting.

 

<What does a hire driver do?>

-Point 1: Fully booked!
You will know in advance where you will be going to work. You will not be driving around looking for customers.

-Point 2: Driving is about 4 to 5 hours a day!
When not driving, you will be waiting at the branch. You can spend your time freely, such as researching routes, eating, reading the newspaper, etc.

-Point 3: Mostly VIPs!
Political and financial figures, executives of major companies, athletes, media personnel, etc. This is a job where you can interact with people you would not normally meet.

-Point 4: Don't talk to customers!
Since many people work while traveling, the rule is not to talk to customers in the car. There are exceptions, such as asking about the temperature inside the car.

<Comprehensive training for those starting with no experience>
First, you will obtain a Class 2 ordinary driver's license (fully paid by the company) and learn geography and customer service for about two months. You will be paid a daily wage during training.

 

<Recruitment background>
There was a time when we struggled due to the effects of COVID-19, but demand is gradually returning. In addition to various services such as "airport transfers", "sightseeing taxis", and "labor taxis", we have also started new "shopping agent services" and "food delivery services". Since the COVID-19 outbreak, the need for taxis and hire cars has increased in order to reduce contact with large numbers of people. For this reason, we are now recruiting 10 people.

Employment type: Full-time employee

Working hours type: Variable working hours system (1 year unit)

Working hours: 07:45-16:30 (actual work 7.45 hours / break 60 minutes)

Overtime hours: Expected annual income

Salary: 4 million to 4.5 million yen

Salary type: Monthly salary system (monthly salary = basic salary)
