We continuously develop business with impressive double digit growth and expand presence of CIGARONNE’ brands leveraging innovative technology, advocacy of consumers and professional team.

To evolve existing business in Japan, we are looking for dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our team as Regional Sales Manager responsible for re-designing sales operations and development of long-term cooperation with importer and distribution partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plan ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Build sustainable relationships with key customers and stakeholders;
  • Negotiate with business partners and key accounts; business initiatives development and implementation;
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Communication and collaboration with the marketing, sales and logistics departments to ensure that customers’ needs are met
  • KPI tracking and high-quality execution of agreements with customers;
  • Sell-in and sell-out analysis; sales forecasting and targets delivery
  • Field staff training on product knowledge and selling techniques;
